2023 is quite the milestone year for us here in McNally Motors. The year in which we celebrate our Golden Jubilee, marking 50 years since McNally Motors sold its first Toyota car – a Corolla KE20 (Colour - Gold Metallic) which arrived at our premises in Lanesboro on the banks of the river shannon in 1973.
50 years in which our top priority has always been customer satisfaction. Working with Toyota Ireland and our team of dedicated staff to supply and service top quality cars and commercials has allowed us to reach this important milestone. 50 years of effort, perseverance, continuous improvement, respect for our people and versatility. 50 years in which the quality of our product and service levels have been the distinguishing elements of our business. 50 years of eyes set on the present and the future.
Back when Tom McNally first opened his garage, he ensured customer service and high quality cars were the backbone of the business. And the very same applies today, with our relationship with Toyota a testament to our commitment to quality, while only recently, we were recognised by Toyota Europe and awarded the coveted Toyota Ichiban award, which recognises the winners " commitment to providing the highest levels of excellence and memorable customer service."
Our superior customer service has always been reflected in the way we do business, with many of our customers repeat customers and in some cases over a number of generations in a family, and we thank you for that.
Those of you that already know us, are aware that McNally Motors is a family company that never forgets its roots and the long road travelled to the point in which we find ourselves today.
On this road, you - friends and customers – have been an essential part. Ultimately you are part of our team. We recently held a team event to celebrate our 50th anniversary and we would like to share some pictures of the night with all of you.
